E20 NC controller for shearing machine

E20 CNC controller is self-developed and manufactured with Estun decades of practice and experience in numerical control of press brakes and shearing machines. In view of characteristics of shearing machines, a variable frequency drive is equipped for backgauge positioning with a positioning precision of 0.01mm. Up to 100 program steps are available for producing complex workpieces at one time, second adjustment is avoided.Special one side positioning function is provided to remove screw gap. Spindle allowance offset is used to ensure required processing precision. Automatic retraction is also available to avoid possible impact between a workpiece and backgauge.E20  is providing the customers with more choices by its automatic searching for reference points and power down position memorization.
